This page explains how Humanity Protocol handles the information you submit through the H Token Recovery Program portal.
What we collect
We collect only what you provide on the claim form: your wallet address, any address or smart contract you used to transact, your contact details (email and, optionally, Telegram or Discord), any notes you add, and the supporting documents you upload.
How we use it
We use this data solely to review, verify, and process your recovery claim. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to process your claim (for example, security experts assisting with the incident investigation).
How we store it
Submissions and uploaded documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the team handling claims.
Retention
We keep your submission only as long as needed to process the recovery program. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time.
